General conditions for publication of product reviews from consumers

On the website www.blancreme.com (hereinafter the Site), the company Épicerie Fine Cosmétique gives the opportunity to users of its products (excluding employees of the company) to give their opinion on the products they use (hereinafter the Opinion(s)), in order to share their experience with other users (hereinafter the User(s)). Any User who wishes to share an Opinion on the Site remains responsible for their evaluation and the Opinion thus shared.

By submitting a Product Review, you warrant that:

compliance with these General Conditions of Publication;
the use of your real identity (prohibition of false identities/false profiles);
that you are the sole author and owner of the content transmitted;
that all content you post is original and accurate;
that you are at least 18 years old;
that the content you provide does not harm any person or entity.

In addition, you agree not to send any content:

that you know to be false, imprecise or misleading;
that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy of any third party;
which allows you to be identified;
that violates any law, ordinance, decree, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination, or false advertising);
who presents an opinion that is not related to the product tested;
which is or may reasonably be considered to be defamatory, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing of any individual, partnership or business;
for which you have been paid or received compensation from any unapproved third party;
which contains information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact details or telephone numbers;
that contains viruses, worms or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.

Written reviews/reviews and comments are generally published within two (2) weeks.

The company Épicerie Fine Cosmétique is sometimes required to offer compensation in exchange for submitting reviews.

Moderation and refusal of publication

The company Épicerie Fine Cosmétique may exercise moderation on publications and reserves the right to refuse to put them online in the following cases:

when a Notice does not comply with the General Conditions of Publication;
if the content of a Notice is written in a foreign language other than French;
if the text is incomprehensible.

Personal data

Product Reviews Posted

will be visible for 3 years with the User's first name;
then, will become visible anonymously at the end of these 3 years.

Users agree that Épicerie Fine Cosmétique may use their personal data for the sole purpose of contacting them in the event of a complaint. For more information, see our personal data protection policy.

Intellectual property

By sharing a Review on the Site, the User allows the company Épicerie Fine Cosmétique to reproduce it, copy it, translate it, and use it, in its entirety or only in part, on its promotional materials, on its social networks and on its Site for the world, and for the duration of the copyright.
